The award recognizes professionals in commercial real estate brokerage by highlighting the achievements of firms and individual brokers that closed the highest transaction volumes in commercial property sales and leases during the previous year. This is the second time in three years White-Spunner Realty has received this honor. The firm also earned the award in 2012.
Mobile, Alabama (April 14, 2016) – Michael Wilson, 23, of White-Spunner Realty, Inc. has become one of the youngest professionals in the U.S. to earn the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute, one of the leading commercial real estate associations in the world.
Wilson was among 149 commercial real estate professionals from around the country who earned the designation by passing the CCIM Comprehensive Examination, the final component in the designation process. Only about six percent of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners worldwide hold the CCIM designation, which reflects not only the caliber of the program, but why it is one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry.

Michelle Johnson, Controller
Michelle Johnson recently joined the White-Spunner Realty team, serving as Controller. She has more than 15 years of experience as a financial services manager and senior accounting manager with a local multi-media company. She earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Alabama (U.S.A.) and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from U.S.A.
Michelle found a job immediately after college, serving in the local newspaper’s finance department. She worked her way up the ranks, moving from an accounts receivable supervisor to a manager of financial services responsible for the accounting functions for three corporate locations for the state’s largest newspaper group.
