
Katherine White-Spunner
Business Analyst
Katherine White-Spunner became a business analyst for White-Spunner Realty in June 2020. A licensed real estate agent, she previously worked as the Acquisitions Manager for Move it Management in Dallas, TX and assisted as the firm, formerly known as Watson & Taylor Real Estate, held an initial public offering (IPO).
While in Dallas, White-Spunner identified, sourced, and vetted new business investment opportunities. From 2013 to 2020, she facilitated in expanding the Texas-based company’s portfolio from 1,750,000 square feet to 5,264,000 square feet. White-Spunner also participated in the sourcing of more than $270 million of invested capital. She will continue to maintain ownership and relationship with her previous employer.
A certified Commercial Real Estate analyst (CRE), White-Spunner earned a degree in business administration and management from Auburn University’s Raymond J. Harbert College of Business. Active in community service projects, she volunteered at the Wesley Rankin Community Center and the Stewpot Second Chance Cafe in Dallas. While attending the Upper Room church in Dallas, White-Spunner led a Bible study and is making plans to do the same on the Eastern Shore of Baldwin County.
