Alton Powell serves as Property Manager for White-Spunner Realty. He joined the firm in September 2021.
He has more than 13 years of experience in property management. He is a certified HVAC technician and has worked in the HVAC field for over 20 years. Most recently, he served as a Mobile Engineer at BGIS.
Powell is married to Holly and they have two sons, Ireland and Graydon. The Powell family has resided on the Eastern Shore since 2005. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and riding ATVs.
