Recognizing the blessings that God has given our company and giving back to the community is an important part of the WSR ethos. In November, the WSR team had the privilege of volunteering with a local group that delivers meals to senior citizens.
Our team packed up orange juice, milk, and canned fruit into good old-fashioned brown paper sacks, then transported the sacks plus the hot meals to a nearby senior living community.
There, we split into small groups to deliver meals and chat with the residents.
It was a rewarding experience to connect with the elderly in our community and to be reminded of what really matters as we enter the holiday season.
