As a former multi-unit restaurant owner, Chris Harle brings diverse experience to his position as managing broker with White-Spunner Realty. Chris has practiced commercial sales and leasing with White-Spunner Realty for over 10 years. During that time, he has overseen leasing for the White-Spunner property portfolio and represented many clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial property. His experience as a business owner gives Chris a unique perspective when it comes to helping other business owners as they search for a new location or expand their business.
Chris is a member of multiple professional associations, including the National Association of Realtors, the Alabama Association of Realtors, and the Mobile Area Association of Realtors, where he currently serves on the Board of Directors. He is a licensed broker in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Florida. Chris is also a Big Brother with the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of South Alabama. A native of Spanish Fort in Baldwin County, Chris now lives in Mobile with his wife, Barclay, and their sons, Hayden and Harrison. They attend St. Ignatius Catholic Church.
Awards and Accomplishments
- In 2024, Chris won the Best Commercial Realtor award in the local “best-of” contest, known as the “Nappies”.
- In 2024, Chris won the Crexi Platinum Broker award as one of the top producing brokers in the Gulf Coast region.
- In both 2022 and 2023, Chris won the CoStar Power Broker award for the Mobile market as a Top Retail Leasing agent in our area.
- In 2018, Chris was a board member of the Mobile Chamber of Commerce. He also has been recognized for his community involvement.
- In 2013, he received the Civilian Assistance Award from the Mobile Police Department.
- In 2010, the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce honored his business, Roly Poly Sandwiches, as a Small Business of the Month.
- In 2008, he was included in the businesses awarded Entrepreneur of the Year by the South Alabama Small Business Association.
