Chris Harle is a licensed pilot who has owned and operated two popular and high-performing restaurants in Mobile, Alabama. He is a real estate professional that brings diverse experience to his position as a commercial leasing and sales agent with White-Spunner Realty.
“As a former business owner, I understand the importance of having the right location for your business,” Chris said. “I enjoy working with my clients to help them lease the right space or buy and sell their property.”

- In both 2022 and 2023, Chris won the CoStar Power Broker award for the Mobile market as a Top Retail Leasing agent in our area.
- In 2018, Chris was a board member of the Mobile Chamber of Commerce. He also has been recognized for his community involvement.
- In 2013, he received the Civilian Assistance Award from the Mobile Police Department.
- In 2010, the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce honored his franchise, Roly-Poly, as a Small Business of the Month.
- In 2008, he was included in the businesses awarded Entrepreneur of the Year by the South Alabama Small Business Association.
Chris is a member of multiple professional associations, including the National Association of Realtors, the Alabama Association of Realtors and the Mobile Area Association of Realtors, and he currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Mobile Area Association of Realtors. He is licensed in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Florida. Chris is also a Big Brother with the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of South Alabama. A native of Spanish Fort in Baldwin County, Chris now lives in Mobile with his wife, Barclay and their sons, Hayden and Harrison. They attend St. Ignatius Catholic Church.
