In honor of Giving Tuesday today, we want to congratulate our agent Sharon Wright, CCIM, for giving the past 26 years of service to Boys & Girls Clubs of South Alabama as a volunteer and board member. The Clubs’ newsletter recently featured a spotlight on Sharon:
This month’s “Donor Spotlight” is focused on one of Boys & Girls Clubs of South Alabama’s most ardent supporters, Sharon Wright.
Sharon first became involved with BGCSA over twenty-six years ago when she began volunteering at a Club in Baldwin County. After having served on the Advisory Board of the Daphne BGC, she became a member of the Metro Board of Directors for BGCSA, subsequently serving on several Board committees; and as Chair of the Board.
Despite a busy career as a successful Realtor, Sharon always found the time to help create great futures for the young people we serve.
Although Sharon’s service on the Board ended in October of this year, she continues to support and advocate for “our kids.” Thank you, Sharon, for sharing your experience, wisdom, time, and resources!
