We’re thrilled to announce that White-Spunner Realty’s Chris Harle, has been elected to serve on the board of directors for the 2024 Mobile Area Association of Realtors. In this role, Chris will play a pivotal part in shaping the association’s financial decisions and governing policies, while also contributing to the development of valuable member programs for local Realtors. We are excited to see how Chris contributes his expertise in commercial real estate to our local association! He will undoubtedly make a positive impact on the real estate community in the Mobile area through this role.
In addition to his new role with MAAR, Chris also recently completed the second session of his CCIM training, “CI 102: Market Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate.” This comprehensive course has equipped him with the skills to study the market, understand the competition, deal with legal aspects, evaluate locations and sites, and analyze finances to make smart investment decisions. Chris is halfway through the full CCIM course, well on his way to earning the coveted CCIM designation! Congratulations to him on these two significant achievements that will undoubtedly elevate his real estate career to new heights.
