Chris Harle, Leigh Dale Younce, and Crawford Stitt of White-Spunner Realty came out on top in the list of winners in Mobile, AL, market. The CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals winners are determined by the top deals executed every quarter, based on price and square footage.
Chris Harle and Leigh Dale Younce teamed up to win two awards:
- Top Industrial Leasing Deal award for representing a landlord of a 10,500sf flex space in Baldwin county
- Top Retail Leasing Deal award for representing the landlord in a deal that leased 12,700sf of a shopping center
Chris Harle also won a separate Top Retail Leasing Deal award for his representation of the landlords of a 21,080sf industrial space.
Crawford Stitt won a Top Office Leasing Deal award by representing the landlord of a newly-constructed 3,600sf office/warehouse space.
