Chris Harle and Leigh Dale Younce of White-Spunner Realty came out on top in the list of winners in Mobile, AL. The CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals winners are determined by the top deals executed every quarter, based on price and square footage.
Together, Chris and Leigh Dale won a Top Industrial Leasing Deal award for representing the landlord of a 18,881sf warehouse space in Mobile, as well as Top Retail Leasing Deal award for representing the landlord of a 3,600sf lease at Jubilee Pointe in Daphne, AL.
Leigh Dale also won a Top Office Leasing Deal for her representation of a tenant who leased 3,209sf in the RSA Trustmark Building in downtown Mobile.
