Connor Raley, a Fairhope native, joined the WSR team in July of 2026. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Spring Hill College. Connor began his professional career with Carr, Riggs, & Ingram out of their Mobile office, where he serviced a wide variety of industries ranging from construction, nonprofits, and transportation in both the tax and attest areas. Simultaneously, he completed a Master of Accountancy from the University of West Florida, as well as earning his CPA license certification from the State of Alabama.
After leaving public accounting to gain experience in other sectors, Connor held progressively senior roles in different branches of the Aerospace industry, where he developed skills in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, internal controls, and various other finance and accounting areas. Thanks to his vast experience in the finance and accounting sectors, Connor has a strong skillset centered on financial forecasting, accounting policies and procedures, and controls monitoring. He also brings a commitment to detail and a strong problem-solving mindset, allowing him to drive change and help generate strategic decisions to lead the White-Spunner Realty accounting team.
Connor is active in the accounting profession through the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also serves as Treasurer for the non-profit organization Rolling For Hope.
