Tracy enjoys working with business owners, assisting them through a proven method of identifying excellent sites that produce long-term results. When focused on strategic commercial acquisitions for visionary investors and premier end users, she is expert in securing the highest and best use for trophy properties. Her client list includes: Taco Mama (Tuscaloosa and Auburn), Billy’s Sports Grill, South City Partners (multifamily), KM Hotels, Auburn Oil Company Booksellers, Ryan, Hicks, & Cumpton, PC.
Tracy’s real estate career began as an Assistant Marketing Director at Atlanta’s Perimeter Mall. Love for retail properties continued through her company, Bottom Line Resources, a developer of cutting-edge marketing programs for Phipps Plaza, Lenox Square, North Point Mall, and tradeshows; AmericasMart and the California Gift Show. She is a two-time International Council of Shopping Centers MAXI Award winner; earning ICSC awards in Public Relations and Maxi Merit for Sales & Promotions.
Tracy is an active member of the Baldwin Commercial Exchange (BCE) and embraces the belief that active and open collaboration between area brokers is the most effective way to achieve client goals.
Named a 2024 Woman of Excellence, she was featured in Social Eastern Shore and Social Coastal magazines. In addition to the above industry organizations, she is also active with:

Tracy holds a BA in Political Economy with Distinction from Sweet Briar College. Her year of graduation is a closely guarded secret.
