Tracy began in real estate as the Assistant Marketing Director at Atlanta’s Perimeter Mall. Her next position was owner of Bottom-Line Resources, where her team delivered custom, results-driven marketing programs for corporate management teams at Phipps Plaza, Lenox Square, North Point Mall, and tradeshow AmericasMart. She is a two-time ICSC MAXI Award winner; earning awards in Public Relations and Maxi Merit for Sales & Promotions while Marketing Director for Riverchase Galleria.
Now a Fairhope resident, Tracy is an active member of the Baldwin Commercial Exchange (BCE); an open, collaborative exchange with area brokers who seek the fastest way to achieve client’s goals.
Named a 2024 Woman of Excellence, she was featured in Social Eastern Shore / Social Coastal magazines. In addition to the above industry organizations, Tracy is also active with:

Tracy earned a BA in Political Economy with Distinction from Sweet Briar College in Sweet Briar, Virginia. She holds a Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI) designation as an Alabama Real Estate Instructor. From 2019 – February 2025, she was Qualifying Broker for Gatewood Retail.
