Chris Harle and Leigh Dale Younce of White-Spunner Realty came out on top in the list of winners in Mobile, AL. The CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals winners are determined by the top deals executed every quarter, based on price and square footage.
Leigh Dale Younce won a Top Industrial Leasing Deal award for representing a landlord in a 6,000sf flex space in Baldwin county, as well as a Top Retail Leasing Deal award for representing a tenant in a 3,200sf lease at a Saraland shopping center.
Chris Harle won a Top Office Leasing Deal for his representation of the landlords of a 2,500sf flex space in Foley, AL.
