Leigh Dale Younce was recently elected to serve as the President of the Mobile Commercial Real Estate Exchange Club, “The Commercial Exchange,” for 2024. Her election marks the second year that a White-Spunner Realty agent serves in a leadership role for this Club, as she succeeds Chris Harle who was president in 2023.
The Commercial Exchange exists to bring together commercial real estate agents across the Mobile area for networking and deal making. The club currently has approximately 90 members and hosts weekly meetings at the Mobile Area Association of Realtors’ headquarters.
Leigh Dale has been a Commercial Leasing and Sales agent for over six years and has had her real estate license since 2017. “The Commercial Exchange provides a superb network for exchanging listings and needs, in addition to staying abreast of recent deals in the area,” according to Leigh Dale. While having a strong background in retail and office leasing and sales, Leigh Dale is also working on land, flex and warehouse space at White-Spunner Realty.
