Leigh Dale Younce has over 17 years of experience in real estate and is a licensed broker in the states of Alabama, Florida, Mississippi and Louisiana.
She focuses on tenant and landlord representation along the Gulf Coast region. Leigh Dale has been active in site selection and pursuing growth opportunities for clients including Gerber Collision, Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, Main Event, McAlister’s Deli and Mariner Finance.
Leigh Dale has much experience in landlord representation as well. She has represented many noteworthy institutional clients such as Inland, Necessity, CIM, Site Centers and Brixmor in addition to smaller privately-held companies. Leigh Dale seeks to optimize regional and national tenancy within shopping centers and single-net assets. In 2018, she was awarded the Top Prospecting Award by Vereit.
Currently, Leigh Dale serves as President of the Mobile Commercial Exchange Club where commercial agents share information to increase dealmaking among members. In addition, she serves on the Board of Trustees at Christ United Methodist Church. Leigh Dale graduated summa cum laude from Auburn University. In her spare time, she and her husband, Andy, enjoy cheering on their boys and the Auburn Tigers.
