Leigh Dale Younce has over 16 years of experience in real estate and is licensed in the states of Alabama, Florida and Mississippi.
She focuses on tenant and landlord representation along the Gulf Coast region. Leigh Dale has been active in site selection and pursuing growth opportunities for clients including Gerber Collision, Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, Main Event, Mariner Finance and Iron Tribe Fitness.
Leigh Dale has much experience in landlord representation as well. She has represented many noteworthy institutional clients such as Inland, Necessity, CIM, Site Centers and Brixmor in addition to smaller privately-held companies. Leigh Dale seeks to optimize regional and national tenancy within shopping centers and single-net assets. In 2018, she was awarded the Top Prospecting Award by Vereit.
Leigh Dale graduated summa cum laude from Auburn University. She enjoys working with the University of South Alabama Mitchell School of Business where she served on the PREP Board and has been a guest speaker for various classes over the years. Leigh Dale currently serves on the Board of Trustees at Christ United Methodist Church. In her spare time, she and her husband, Andy, enjoy cheering on their boys and the Auburn Tigers.
